Remtec is now a Supporter-level member of the Printed Circuit Board Association of America (PCBAA)!
As outlined on its website, PCBAA is “a consortium of U.S.-based companies that support U.S. domestic production of printed circuit boards or “PCBs,” and the materials they are made of, as well as the proliferation of the domestic PCB of their supply chain.” Additionally — and importantly! — PCBAA “seeks to promote an environment in which U.S.-based printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturers can thrive. Our consortium believes in market fairness and a level playing field on which U.S. PCB manufacturers can compete against competitors subsidized by foreign governments.”
As a member, Remtec will be participating in regular, bimonthly meetings that afford members a chance to hear about and participate in legislative and communications efforts; we’ll also be receiving updates like “PCBAA News of The Week” and other communications to keep our team informed and engaged in ways we can help advance our vital segment of the electronics industry and, by extension, U.S. competitiveness!
